Copenhagen – a cyclist’s paradise
There’s no better way to explore Copenhagen than from the seat of a bike. Sights like Kastellet, Tivoli and Nyhavn are but a pedal push away, as is a spot of people-watching over a Carlsberg as you go along. Later this year, cycling’s Road World Championships is held in Copenhagen, confirming the city as the world’s most cycle-friendly capital.

London’s Hackney is reinventing itself. From a poor East End area to a centre for trendy markets, unique shops and bustling restaurants. Young, cool Londoners flock here on weekends, and for good reason. It is time visitors discovered Hackney too.
